Parking
Plenty of free parking is available on site. Look for the orange entrance signs. Overflow parking is available along the perimeter, and accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance for visitors who need them.

What Shoppers Should Know
- Market grounds open to shoppers at 7:00 AM. No early entry.
- All sales are final unless otherwise arranged with the vendor directly.
- Pets are welcome on a leash; owners are responsible for cleanup.
- Please respect vendor displays - handle items with care.
- No alcohol on market grounds.
- Children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
We want every visit to feel like a good Saturday morning - respectful, relaxed, and full of great finds.
Setup & Space
- Vendor setup begins at 6:00 AM. All vehicles must be removed from the selling area by 7:00 AM.
- Each space is approximately 10x10 ft. Vendors must stay within their assigned space.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, and display materials.
- Space assignments are made by market management upon check-in.
Conduct & Permitted Items
- No illegal, hazardous, or stolen merchandise permitted.
- Food vendors must have a valid Texas food handler permit on display.
- No amplified music or PA systems without prior approval.
- Vendors must leave their space clean - bags and trash must be removed.
- Repeat or serious violations may result in loss of future vendor privileges.
